In several Lithuanian ministries introduced "jeans Friday," said Delfi.lt. This means that in the last business day of the week, employees can come into the clothing-free style.
This practice will operate in ministries run by representatives of the Movement of Liberals (one of the political forces that are included in the ruling coalition after the recent elections). The Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Justice.
Education Minister Gintaras Styaponavichyus explained that the relief would not apply to those employees, who to this day should be involved in any formal meetings.
These ministries are not the first, which introduced the practice. Three years ago, according to the agency, "jeans Friday", was introduced by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania.
